How much will it cost?

We provide you with a complimentary evaluation of your drone and send a detailed repair quote within 24 hours of receiving it. If you wish to not continue with the repair after the evaluation, your drone will be sent back at your expense with a detailed report of what needs repaired.

What is the first step to get my drone repaired?

Fill out the Service Request form and one of our experienced repair engineers will contact you.

What do I need to send with my drone?

– Drone,

– One Battery

– Remote Controller

(No SD Cards or Accessories Please)

Please use the original box if possible and including the following information on a piece of paper inside: Name, return address, phone number & email.

How long will my repair take?

We average a 5 business day turnaround from receiving your drone to sending it back.

Who pays for the shipping?

It is your responsibility to pay for shipping when sending your drone in. Upon repair completion the return shipping will be added to your invoice. We use only the most cost effective means of returning you repaired drone. Expedited return shipping is available upon request.

What happens if my drone is not repairable?

In the rare event our repair engineers are unable to fix your drone or the issue is considered a manufacturer warranty repair, you have three options.

  1. We send the drone back to you with a report of our findings.
  2. For $80 we facilitate sending the drone to the manufacturer on your behalf.
  3. In many cases we are willing to purchase your damaged drone at fair market value.
Does my drone repair come with a warranty?

Fix ‘n Fly Drones provides a 1-week money back guarantee plus a 30 day warranty on all repairs from the date of Fix ‘n Fly receiving payment for the repair. Please refer to our policy on submitting a warranty claim.

How can I checkup on the status of my repair?
