When sending in your drone for a service repair please package it in the original box if possible with the following equipment:
- One battery
- Remote Controller
We only accept Domestic (U.S.) service repairs, but do provide International support via email. email@example.com
Fix ‘n Fly Drones is not responsible for miscellaneous items shipped with the drone other than what is listed above. i.e: Memory cards, Phone cables, Lens filters, Ect.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
