It is your responsibility to pay for shipping when sending your drone in. Upon repair completion the return shipping will be added to your invoice. We return ship with signature required through UPS ground service. Expedited return shipping is available upon request.

In the rare event our repair engineers are unable to fix your drone or the issue is considered a manufacturer warranty repair, you have three options.

1. We send the drone back to you with a report of our findings.
2. For $80 we facilitate sending the drone to the manufacturer on your behalf.
3. In many cases we are willing to purchase your damaged drone at fair market value.
