NO DIAGNOSTIC FEES

Fix ’n Fly Drones does NOT charge a diagnostic fee and provides detailed repair quotes free of charge.

SHIPPING

When sending in your drone for a service repair please package it in the original box if possible with the following equipment:


  1. Drone
  2. One battery
  3. Remote Controller


We only accept Domestic (U.S.) service repairs, but do provide International support via email. fixnflydrones@gmail.com

Fix ‘n Fly Drones is not responsible for miscellaneous items shipped with the drone other than what is listed above. i.e: Memory cards, Phone cables, Lens filters, Etc.


Customer is responsible for all return shipping.

WARRANTY

Fix ‘n Fly Drones provides a 1-week money back guarantee plus a 30 day warranty on all repairs from the date of Fix ‘n Fly receiving payment for the repair.

AFTERMARKET INSTALLS

Fix ‘n Fly Drones is not responsible for any undesirable flight conditions as a result of installing aftermarket/third party components including, but not limited to: carbon fiber propellers, LED lighting, propeller guards, landing gear extensions, high output motors, gimbal savers, range extenders and any component that is not a OEM part. All repairs and upgrades using non-OEM parts are final and do not come with a warranty.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SUBMISSIONS

In the event Fix ‘n Fly Drones cannot fix a drone the customer will be given the option to send it to the manufacturer. Fix ‘n Fly Drones will facilitate this process on the customers behalf for a flat rate fee of $80. Fix n’ Fly Drones takes no responsibility for the duration or cost of the repair. The customer will be responsible for all manufacturer repair costs and shipping fees if applicable.
